Chocolate Chip & Peanut Butter Oat Bran cookies.
Ingredients.
Start by mixing melted butter into a bowl with both white and brown sugars. Then add your egg and blend together.
Next, add peanut butter and vanilla
Once the mixture is smooth, add flour, oat bran, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl.
Then mix in your dark chocolate chips.
Using 1/2 Tablespoon (or however big you want your cookies), place batter on an ungreased pan.
I always line my pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up ![]()

Rain may have ruined my day off from work, but it made the perfect setting for a peaceful Yoga class this morning. I find that on gloomy days, I am much more calm throughout my session.
Namaste.
Following class, I grabbed myself a coffee from Dunks and headed home for breakfast.
After Yoga Yogurt Bowl
I had planned on a day of studying, however I could not seem to concentrate long enough to obtain any information.

Damn you caffeine.
I ended up spending most of the afternoon catching up on emails and watching daytime television. Actually, it was more like flipping back and forth to different channels because again…no concentration today.
Even though it is raining outside, this does not mean that Thirsty Thursday will be cancelled to a later date.
I would never.
All we have to do is move the party indoors
Get ready for a sugar buzz! This weeks flavor is….CHOCOLATE!
