Our little white Charlie Brown tree is finally up in the living room.
Although I would love to have a 7 foot version of our tree, this last minute purchase at Kohl’s for $20 will do for this year.
Thanks Mom!
December is flying by, and the rest of my month is jam packed with Christmas parties, ugly sweater parties, a trip to NYC, and then finally celebrating the holidays and welcoming the new year.
It’s such a busy time, but fun all the same.
Since everyone experiences some sort of stress around the holidays, I always appreciate getting, and giving, a gift that can help ease that tension.
A Yoga basket: DVD, scented oils, and mat
.
Eucalyptus/Lavender scented lotions and body oils
Stress Diffusing Candles
And Gift cards for a Massage, Facial, or Yoga class.

Stress is no joke, and it’s also the main culprit of the many issues that we all face.
All of these symptoms are preventable. All of these symptoms are brought on by stress.
Take a step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and try to re-connect with your inner self. It’s amazing what a little meditation, deep breathing, relaxation, and self love can do.
Give a gift that helps heal from the inside, out.
