It’s Halloween weekend, and while I would love to make/buy an extravagant costume, I know that my money is better off spent on more important things…

Such as food shopping, lululemon and Home Goods

Plus, half of the fun about dressing up is being creative with stuff that you already own! Then proceeding to make an inappropriate costume because it’s the one night that we can pull it off without judgment.

Well, except of course from those who believe that “Halloween is just an excuse for girls to wear as little as possible and show their true colors”

And if that’s the case, then you are going to absolutely LOVE my costume.

“Walk of Shame”

• includes: Matt’s button up shirt, a pair of shorts (or boxers),  knee-high boots, and “bed head” with messy eye make up.
• Tape a sign to your back, or wear it around you neck using a piece of string that reads “walk of shame”.

In addition, Matt wore his black beater, faded jeans, messy hair and smudged some of my lipstick on his face.

No money spent, easy to put together, and both costumes are extremely comfortable to wear all night.

I believe Halloween is all about individuality and creativity, so whether you are rockin’ a bikini, cowgirl, sexy teacher or adult baby costume, feel comfortable in your own skin and walk proudly.

The only person you have to answer to is yourself.

And since my costume this evening involves showing some serious leg, I tackled a lower body circuit to insure some added definition

that one was a killer.
