This eight session, cross-training workout blends strength training and cardio conditioning to improve your flexibility, agility, strength and endurance.
Equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, ropes and bars are mixed with plyometric exercises to create a balanced circuit where you progress at your own pace.
To ensure your efforts in class aren’t negated the minute you step out of the gym, UXF Ripped contains an additional nutrition component where class-goers will receive register dietitian-approved advice on the most effective foods to eat to put you a step closer to the “ripped” body of your dreams.

This workout sounds amazing! First thing I do when I wake up is stretch my muscles awake. Got to get them ready for the early AM workout! As a current college volleyball coach, it is important to keep up with my fitness goals, as I expect my team to be at their peak. Combining total body and cardio are must for my busy working life. Full time job plus Vball doesn’t mean my workouts need to slack. Workouts that tone my muscles and pump my heart rate and get me sweating are a must! I have my own boxing gloves that we’re purchased after ONE boxing class that just hooked me. A competitive environment will motivate you to move past your comfort level. The UXF class sounds like a blast!!! Thank you Jenna for bringing all these cool ideas and workouts to my life!
