Why can’t Honey Crisp apples be available all year round?

1/2 chopped h.c apple with Greek yogurt, cinnamon, ground flax and a small handful of blueberries.
such a good combo.
So since my days have been all sorts of crazy lately, I’ve had to fit in workouts whenever and wherever I can.
I got my pen and paper out to create this quick and sweaty total body circuit, which was completed right in my living room with dumbbells and my own body weight.

Truth: I eat that apple/yogurt combo almost every night for dessert. So good!

These are my favorite types of workouts. They definitley look easy on paper, but once you get to round 3..not so much haha. I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
