How was everyone’s first week of September?
I’m guessing you are all overdosing on Pumpkin Spice Lattes, while spraying your house with Apple Cinnamon Glade, before combining both legacy’s with a Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin candle in your new leather boots?
Well, minus the coffee, since my stomach is still anti-caffeine/anything fun. Which is sort of an inconvenience since Matt and I are heading to the Seafood Festival at Hampton Beach this afternoon until Sunday.
“Festivities include: Over 50 of the Seacoast’s top restaurants serving an abundance of mouthwatering seafood delicacies; 80 Arts & Crafts vendors promoting locally made products; hundreds of Ocean Boulevard merchants offering end-of-the-season Sidewalk Sales; a Kiddie Land with the region’s most notable Celebrities in Children’s Entertainment; continuous Culinary Chef Demonstrations, and two stages of continuous entertainment with 15 Bands and Orchestras, as well as our spectacular Fireworks display; and on Sunday spectators will view an amazing Sky Diving extravaganza”
Yes..It is amazing.
However, I’ll be sticking to steamed/grilled seafood, steering clear of everything that will cause any sort of stomach discomfort
…Except for apple crisp.
You can’t make me say “no”!

Here is this morning’s workout which consisted of a light elliptical warm up and cool down, as well as an upper body routine that looks like this..
Use a weight that is challenging, and does not compromise form.
I also threw in some squats and lunges at the end for good measure.
Post workout snack:
Rice cake topped with Sunwarrior Protein (mixed with water to make spreadable), banana,blueberries and cinnamon.
Inhaled in .2 seconds, while packing ours bags, drying my hair, and cleaning up the apartment.
But don’t worry, this time I made sure to keep my toe far away from all hard corners of the suitcase. The last thing I need is to ruin any of the healing progress I’ve felt thus far.
