And No Salt Added cottage cheese mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder, water, and fresh berries as my pre-bedtime snack.

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are the perfect choices when it comes to nighttime snacking.

They are low in carbs, have slow digesting casein protein to repair our muscles as we sleep, and adding some healthy fats such as flax, almonds, or all natural nut butters will help keep blood sugar stable throughout the night.

Along with some Lemon & Ginger Tea, we’re smooth sailing through this mid August week.
