Get your candles ready!
The weather is looking both wet and wild!
So far we’ve experienced torrential downpours, a flood warning, possible hail, and a Tornado watch for multiple counties throughout New England.
Oh Mother Nature, you truly can be a bitch

When unpredictable weather strikes, it’s always better to stay indoors, leaving us to reschedule whatever plans we have to a later date.
Except for our workouts…No excuses my friends ![]()
An indoor Total Body Circuit is always doable when the weather seems to be working against us, so lets get started!
