With a post workout Kale Cake
- 1 cup raw kale
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 banana
- 1.5 Tbsps. coconut flour
- 3 drops liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup water
- cinnamon
Blend together and heat in a microwave safe bowl for 6-8 minutes, or until a cake like consistency forms.
Top with more cinnamon, berries, and other toppings of choice.
