Happy Fourth of July!!

My breakfast after the gym was a delicious Red, White, and Blue creation
Crumbled Blueberry Muffin
- 1.5 Tbsp coconut flour
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- cinnamon
Heat in a microwave safe bowl for 5 minutes and top with more cinnamon or other toppings of choice (nut butter, fruit, chia seeds, sunwarrior protein spread)

I have a feeling that Matt and I will be bouncing around a lot today.
My parents are having a bbq, I HAVE to see fireworks, and we will probably end up at our friends house somewhere in between.


Hopefully the rain holds out.
