Sometimes we need to take a step away for a while and just “Live”.
Live without any kind of social media or documentation, other than a digital camera to capture every memory to share when we return.

No, I am not giving up blogging. It’s become too much a part of my life.

I am, however, “unplugging” for a week while my family and I vacation on my favorite happy island.

Aruba!

I cannot wait to get on that beach!
Although I would love to blog about my daily excursions, dining destinations and night time festivities, which I know I will have the urge to do, I instead want to focus on being in the moment.
Snapping pictures, swimming in the clear blue water, sitting at the dock bar, and overall, enjoying every single second of my time away.

No social media. No interruptions.
Just me, my family, tropical drinks and the hot Aruban sun.

I promise to take plenty of pictures to share with you when I get back.
And as always, have a safe, happy and healthy end of April.
Te aworo!!! (that means “see you later” in Papiamento)
xoxo
Oh, have such a nice time. When I go to Maui I loooove not having any comittments with the internet. I come back so happy and peaceful. I look forward to pics. I have no idea what Aruba is like. Until then, I’ll try to fit in some mountain climbers and stairmaster for you while you are gone.
I am going to Aruba with my family too! You will LOVE it! So beautiful and guaranteed weather!!!
Have fun!!! This was my third time there, and I love it more and more everytime I go. So laid back and relaxing
. Hate coming home to this weather tho!
