The cool April air arrived this morning, and I drank my Lemon-Ginger tea on my way to train a client.
I needed it after our family BBQ last night.
steaks, hot dogs and skinless split chicken breast
four cheese rotini with tomato sauce
romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced green and red bell pepper with evoo and balsamic for dressing.
corn on the cobb
brown rice and summer slaw, which I forgot to photograph.
And the best summer BBQ dessert of all tiime…
April heat..what a tease.
